All posts also receive other allowances as admissible. In the case of retired employees/pensioners, they may continue to draw pension and dearness relief during their period of contractual engagement without any deduction.

Eligible candidates must follow these steps to apply for the Teaching Faculty positions:

1. Send a scanned copy of the Application Form along with all supporting documents to the email address [email protected] by 05:00 PM on February 24, 2026.
2. Candidates are required to carry the Original Application Form, supporting documents, and original Demand Draft (as Interview Fee, if applicable) to the Office of Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, 2nd Floor, Pandeypur, Varanasi (UP)-221002 on the date of interview.
3. Documents will be verified between 9:00 A.M to 11:00 A.M. on the date of interview.
4. Application should be submitted for each post separately in the prescribed format only; incomplete or incorrectly formatted applications will be rejected.
5. Candidates working in Govt./Autonomous/Statutory Institutions should preferably have a "No Objection Certificate" (NOC) at the time of interview. If immediate NOC is not available, a copy of the "applied for NOC" must be submitted.

• All Marks Sheets, Attempt, Degree Certificate of MBBS
• All Marks Sheets, Attempt, Degree Certificate of MD/MS/DNB/Other Examination
• Valid EWS/OBC/EBC/SC/ST Certificate (issued in format for Central Govt. job)
• State/NMC Medical Registration Certificate (updated)
• Proof of Publication(s), Paper/poster presentation
• Experience Certificate
• Recent Passport Size Photograph of Candidate
• Relieving Certificate from previous Employer (if applicable)
• Aadhaar Card
• Completion Certificate of ICMR/NMC conducted Bio-medical research examination (if any)
• NMC appeared Revised/Basic Medical Education Workshop Completion Certificate (if any)
