This role is ideal for highly motivated HR professionals holding a full-time regular MBA (HR specialization) with 2-3 years of relevant post-qualification experience. Candidates with strong academic records and experience in public sector undertakings or large private companies are well-suited. A degree in Law is a desirable additional qualification.

Fresh graduates without the specified minimum experience, individuals lacking an MBA in HR, or those who do not meet the stringent CTC requirements (for private sector applicants) for E0/E1 positions should not apply. The limited number of vacancies (2) makes this a highly competitive selection.
