This role is ideal for highly motivated Graduates or Postgraduates in Agriculture, Agri Business Management, or Agriculture Engineering, who possess a minimum of one year of post-qualification experience in agriculture sector interventions. Preference is given to candidates with a proven track record in externally aided projects or those who have worked with government, civil society organizations, or the private sector in agriculture and forestry. Essential qualities include strong computer skills (MS Office), effective communication in Odia and English, and a willingness to work in coastal areas, involving site visits and challenging terrain. A solid understanding of institutional frameworks within rural coastal communities is also highly valued.

Individuals seeking permanent government employment should not apply, as this is a contractual role on a purely outsourcing basis, initially for one year with potential extensions.
