All candidates, including those from outside the state, must have their MBBS and additional qualifications (MD/MS/DNB) registered with the Telangana Medical Council. Outside state candidates must get registered within one week of selection.
The age of the applicant should be below 69 years for Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor posts. For CAS and Tutors, the age should be below 45 years, all calculated as on the date of notification (2026-09-03). No specific age relaxations for reserved categories are mentioned.

Remuneration is consolidated and subject to deduction of tax at source and other statutory deductions. The faculty will be eligible for fifteen (15) days leave in a calendar year on a cumulative basis.

Eligible candidates should apply via walk-in interviews. The application form will be available on the college website www.gmcmbnr-ts.org. Candidates must submit a filled application form along with two sets of self-attested Xerox copies of the required documents on the day of the interview. All original certificates must also be carried for verification.
Interview Details:Candidates already working in other Government Medical Colleges in Telangana on a contract basis in the same cadre are not eligible to apply. Selected candidates must submit a bond on Rs. 100 stamp paper.
