Guarantee Engineer

This role is ideally suited for highly experienced Ex-Indian Navy personnel holding a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent. Candidates must possess a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in the operation, maintenance, and watchkeeping of marine equipment on Indian Naval Surface Ships or Submarines. Preference will be given to those with specialized knowledge of propulsion systems, auxiliary machineries, and proficiency in computer-based data management.

This position is not suitable for individuals without prior service in the Indian Navy or those who do not possess the specified diploma and extensive experience. Freshers or candidates with less than 15 years of post-qualification experience are not eligible. The post is explicitly not identified as suitable for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBDs) due to the demanding work environment. Applicants must also adhere to the strict upper age limit of 50 years as of September 4, 2026.
