Gujarat Maritime University Recruitment 2025 – 4 Administrative (Non-Teaching) Positions Posts

Pay scales for the positions are as per the 7th CPC of the Government of Gujarat. The specific levels are: Assistant Registrar (Level 10), Section Officer (Level 8), Dy. Section Officer (Level 7), and Technical Assistant-Computer (Level 5). All posts are contractual for a period of 3 years.

Applicants must follow these steps:

• Submit the application form as per the prescribed format, along with a recent passport size photograph.
• Attach self-attested copies of certificates and mark-sheets from SSC onwards relevant to the qualifications acquired.
• Send the complete application along with a Demand Draft (DD) for the application fee and relevant supporting documents.
• The application envelope must be superscribed with 'Application for the post of '...' for Gujarat Maritime University'.
• Applications must reach 'The Registrar, Gujarat Maritime University, Transitory Campus at GNLU Campus, Attalika Avenue, Knowledge Corridor, Koba, Gandhinagar, Gujarat-382426, India' by 5:00 PM on or before November 28, 2025.
• Applications must be sent through Indian Post (Registered Post or Speed Post)/Courier.
• Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate application forms and pay separate fees for each post.
• Original Certificates should not be sent with the application but must be produced at the time of the selection process.
• Candidates already in Government/Semi Government/PSU/Educational Institution service must send their application through proper channel, or an advance copy may be sent directly to the University.

An application fee of ₹ 1000 is required for Unreserved category candidates and ₹ 700 for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Differently-abled (Physically and visually differently-abled) categories. Fees must be paid through Demand Draft drawn in favor of 'Gujarat Maritime University' payable at Gandhinagar.
