Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Professor of Law: An eminent scholar with a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline (International Trade Law or Maritime Law desirable) and a Master's in Law with 55% marks. Requires a minimum of 10 research publications and a research score of 120 as per UGC norms.
- Associate Professor of Law: A good academic record with a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline and a Master's in Law with 55% marks. Requires a minimum of 7 publications and a research score of 75.
- Assistant Professor of Law: A Master's degree in Law with 55% marks. Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET or possess a Ph.D. degree as per UGC regulations.

Candidates must apply through an offline process. Follow these steps:

- Attach a recent passport-size photograph.
- Prepare a Demand Draft (DD) for the application fee.
- Include self-attested copies of all necessary certificates and documents.
- Send the completed application package via Indian Post (Registered/Speed Post) or Courier to the address below.
- The envelope must be superscribed with "Application for the post of ......... at Gujarat Maritime University".
- Address: The Registrar, Gujarat Maritime University, Transitory Campus at GNLU, Attalika Avenue, Knowledge Corridor, Koba, Gandhinagar, Gujarat-382426, India.
- The application must reach by 5:00 PM on or before 10th November 2025.
Application Fee
Application fees must be paid via Demand Draft in favor of “Gujarat Maritime University” payable at Gandhinagar.
