Legal Assistant
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a Three Years Professional or Five Years Integrated Degree in Law from a recognized Law College or University.
- A minimum of 55% marks in the LL.B. examination is required.
- Final year LL.B. students awaiting results are also eligible to apply.
- Applicants must not have started practice as an advocate or be engaged in any other profession or service.
- Essential computer knowledge including Data Entry, Word Processing, and Computer Operations is mandatory.
Age Limit Details
Candidates must have attained the minimum age of 21 years and must not have exceeded the maximum age of 30 years as on 1st January of the year in which the advertisement is issued. Age relaxation is applicable as per Chhattisgarh State Government Rules.
Salary & Pay Scale
The post carries a fixed honorarium of Rs. 30,000 per month. No Dearness Allowance, other allowances, or perquisites such as residential accommodation will be provided. The engagement is purely contractual.
