1. Applications must be submitted ONLINE via http://www.hslvizag.in.
2. The cut-off date for age and experience calculation is 26 March 2026.
3. Candidates need a valid and active E-mail ID for all future correspondence.
4. Upload a passport-size photograph (20-50KB) and signature (10-20KB) in the specified format.
5. Be prepared with all bio-data before filling the application to avoid webpage expiry.
6. Navigate to 'Careers' under 'Human Resources' and select 'Current Openings' to view available posts.
7. Read the advertisement carefully and self-check eligibility.
8. Click 'Apply Now' under the respective link to start the online application.
9. The registration process includes 3 stages: Personal details, Educational details, and Payment details.
10. Upload self-attested copies of mandatory documents: Degree/PG Marks lists, Provisional Certificate, Proof of Date of Birth, Caste/PH Certificate, Experience certificates, and the most recent salary certificate, along with Annexure-I.
11. For experienced candidates, select 'Experienced' under 'Type of post'; otherwise, select 'Management Trainee'.
12. Use the SAVE option frequently to prevent data loss. Verify all data before clicking SUBMIT. Once submitted, editing is not allowed.
13. After successful submission, a confirmation message will be received.
14. Candidates who used the SAVE option can SUBMIT later using the 'Edit Application' option.
15. A confirmation email with the Registration ID and a link to view the submitted form will be sent. Check spam folders if the email is not received.
16. Take a printout (Hard copy) of the filled Online Application for future reference.
17. Keep your DOB and Registration ID confidential.
