• Deputy Registrar (for Finance & Accounts): Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks and 5 years of administrative experience in a post with GP 5400 or equivalent. Desirable: CA/ICWA qualification and experience in Institutes of National Importance.
• Senior Technical Officer: M.E/M.Tech (First Class) with 5 years of experience OR B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc./MCA (First Class) with 8 years of experience. Desirable: Experience in system administration (Linux/Windows) and network infrastructure management.
• Assistant Registrar: Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks. Desirable: At least 3 years of experience in administrative, legal, finance, or similar matters in a Higher Educational Institute.
• Junior Engineer (Electrical, on contract): Degree in Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience OR Diploma in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Junior Assistant (on contract): Bachelor's degree with knowledge of computer operations. For the Finance & Accounts post, a Bachelor's degree in commerce with knowledge of Tally, GST, and Income Tax is desirable.

• Deputy Registrar: 55 years
• Senior Technical Officer: 55 years
• Assistant Registrar: 45 years
• Junior Engineer (on contract): 32 years
• Junior Assistant (on contract): 27 years
