Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Deputy Registrar: Masters degree or equivalent in any discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent Grade 'B' in the UGC 7 points scale. Desirable: A degree in Law/ Management/ Engineering or experience in Computer applications/e-office system.
Junior Engineer (Civil): Degree in Engineering (Civil) with 2 years' relevant experience OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years' relevant experience in an Institution of repute dealing with construction and maintenance.
Junior Technical Superintendent (CSE/Programming): BE/B.Tech/M.Sc/MCA with 5 years' experience in the relevant area.
Junior Technician (Networking/CSE): Degree in Engg./ Bachelor's Degree in the relevant field - with 2 years' relevant experience.
MTS-cum-Plumber & MTS-cum-Electrician: 10+2+ITI with two years' relevant experience OR 10+2+ITC with three years' relevant experience.

Age Limit Details

Maximum age limits for various posts:

Deputy Registrar: 50 years
Junior Engineer (Civil) & Junior Technical Superintendent (CSE/Programming): 37 years
Junior Technician (Networking/CSE), MTS-Plumber & MTS-Electrician: 32 years

Age relaxation is applicable as prescribed by the Government of India from time to time.

Salary & Pay Scale

Pay levels as per 7th CPC:

Deputy Registrar: Level-12
Junior Engineer (Civil) & Junior Technical Superintendent (CSE/Programming): Level-06
Junior Technician (Networking/CSE), MTS-Plumber & MTS-Electrician: Level-03

In addition to pay, benefits like Leave, NPS, Medical Reimbursement etc. will be available as admissible, in line with service conditions under the IIIT(PPP) Act & Statutes/directions of the Board of Governors.

Separate applications and fees must be submitted for each post if applying for more than one.
No hard-copy of the application or supporting documents need to be sent.
Candidates working under Central/State Govt/PSU/Autonomous Bodies must attach a 'No Objection Certificate' from their current employer.
The closing date for online application submission is December 22, 2025 (05:00 PM).

Application Fee

Application fees to be remitted through online banking system/UPI:

Level-12 posts (Deputy Registrar): Rs. 1000/-
Level-06 posts (Junior Engineer, Junior Technical Superintendent): Rs. 500/-
Level-03 posts (Junior Technician, MTS-Plumber, MTS-Electrician): Rs. 250/-

SC/ST/PwD and Female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee. Online bank/transaction charges + Service tax, if any, will also have to be borne by the candidate. Fees once paid will not be refunded or re-adjusted.
