Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Essential Qualifications: Master's degree in Urban Planning, Geography, or allied branches.
  • Desirable Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Planning, Civil Engineering, or BSc in Geography with specialization in remote sensing and data sciences.
    • Proficiency in academic report writing and data analysis skills.

Age Limit Details

Upper age limit is 35 years. A relaxation of 5 years is provided for SC/ST, Physically Handicapped, and Female candidates. SC/ST candidates will be preferred if all other factors are equal, as per Government of India rules.

Salary & Pay Scale

The fellowship offers a fixed amount of Rs. 37,000 per month, supplemented by a 20% House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per rules. The total duration of the post is 24 months, co-terminus with the project duration.
