Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- PhD degree OR
- MB/MTech with 3 years of research, teaching, design and development experience.
- Must have at least two research papers in a science citation indexed (SCI) journal.
- The candidate must have carried out research related to RF or analog circuit design.
Salary & Pay Scale
The selected candidate will receive emoluments of Rs. 58,000/- per month plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per DST norms.
