• Experience & Technical Skills: Minimum two (2) years of documented experience in preparing disaster management or Emergency Action Plans (EAP) with strong Geographic Information System (GIS) knowledge and disaster risk reduction expertise.
• Desirable / Preference: Specific prior experience in preparing Emergency Action Plans (EAP), inundation mapping, and dam break hazard analysis for dams will be given high preference.
• Project Scope: Revised hydrology assessment, dam break modeling, emergency action planning, hazard potential classification, and preparation of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for ten dams under the Salinity Ingress Prevention Circle (SIPC), Rajkot, Government of Gujarat.
