For TGT Science:
- Four years integrated degree course from an NCTE recognized institution with at least 50% marks in concerned subjects and in aggregate, including B.Ed. OR
- Bachelor's/Honors Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject/combination of subjects and in aggregate, along with a B.Ed degree. OR
- Post Graduation with a minimum 55% marks and a three-year integrated B.Ed-M.Ed.
- Must be qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) Paper-II.
- Competence to teach through English & Hindi is required.
- Specific subject combinations are required for Science (e.g., Botany, Zoology, Chemistry).
- Minimum qualification is Matriculation (10th Pass).
- Only married females (including widows or divorcees) are eligible.
