  1. Applications must be submitted online through the One Time Registration (OTR) System available on the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) website www.jpsc.gov.in.
  2. Before applying online, candidates are advised to read the “How to Register for OTR” instructions thoroughly on the JPSC website.
  3. Candidates must upload their clear, colored passport-size photograph and scanned signature at the designated place in the OTR System. Applications without proper photograph and signature will be rejected.
  4. Fill the application form in BLOCK LETTERS, except for the signature.
  5. After submitting the online application, candidates must log in again to download and print two copies of their filled application form from the “Download Filled Application Section” on the dashboard.
  6. Along with the printed application form, candidates must send self-attested clear and legible copies of all required documents (Matriculation Certificate for Date of Birth, MBBS Degree and Marksheet, Academic Qualification and Teaching/Research Experience Certificates as per advertisement clause 7, Government Sector Experience Certificate (if applicable), Journal publications, Caste Certificate/Income & Asset Certificate, Local Resident Certificate, PwD Certificate, NOC for government employees, etc.).
  7. These documents, along with the bank receipt for the application fee, must be sent by Registered Post/Speed Post or submitted by hand to the Controller of Examination, Jharkhand Public Service Commission, Circular Road, Ranchi, 834001.
  8. The hard copy of the application and documents must reach the JPSC office by May 25, 2026, 05:00 PM. The envelope should clearly mention “Advertisement No.-07/2026” and “Post Name-Assistant Professor”.
