Junior Faculty (Component, Lasting & Finishing / New Product Development / Non-Leather domains):
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (minimum 2 years duration after Graduation) in any field with at least 55% marks from a recognized University/Institute.
- AND a Diploma (minimum 1 year duration) in Footwear Manufacturing / Footwear Technology / Footwear Design & Production / Footwear Production / Accessories Design / Footwear Science & Engineering, with at least 55% marks.
