Candidates must possess at least 20 years of experience as a Mine Foreman in underground metalliferous mines, hold an unrestricted Foreman's Certificate of Competency, and a First Aid Certificate. Applicants should be 10th pass and within the maximum age limit of 63 years as of the interview date, seeking a fixed-tenure contractual engagement.

This opportunity is not suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with less than 20 years of specific experience as a Mine Foreman. Individuals seeking permanent government employment or those exceeding the age limit of 63 (with extensions up to 65 for the engagement period) should not apply.
