Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Option 1: M.Sc. in Physics, Material Science, or Nano Science & Technology with a minimum of 60% marks, AND a valid CSIR NET-LS or GATE Score.
Option 2: B.Tech. in Materials Science and Engineering, Metallurgy, or Mechanical Engineering, AND a valid GATE Score.
Option 3: M.Tech in Materials Science and Engineering, Metallurgy, or Mechanical Engineering, AND GATE qualified.

Age Limit Details

The maximum age limit is 28 years. Upper age relaxation of up to 5 years is applicable for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Tribes (SC/ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), women, and physically handicapped candidates.

Salary & Pay Scale

The selected candidate will receive a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) of Rs. 37,000/- per month plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per institute norms.
