Project Associate I & Project Associate II

This role is ideal for motivated science and engineering graduates or postgraduates, particularly those with a background in Food Science & Technology, Computer Science, AI, ML, or Data Science. Candidates with 0-2 years of relevant R&D experience, especially in food processing or AI model development, who are seeking temporary, project-based work in a prestigious government research institution, will find this suitable. Individuals seeking permanent government employment should not apply, as these are purely temporary contractual positions, explicitly stated as non-regularizing and co-terminus with the project or a maximum of 6 years. Applicants who have already completed 6 years as Project Staff in any CSIR lab/institute are ineligible. Those with pending results or awaiting final semester appearances are also not eligible. Candidates without the specified technical degrees or relevant experience (for PAT-II) will not be considered.
