Educational Qualification

Option 1: M.Sc. in Physics, Material Science, or Nano Science & Technology with a minimum of 60% marks, along with CSIR NET-LS or a valid GATE Score.
Option 2: B.Tech. in Materials Science and Engineering, Metallurgy, or Mechanical Engineering with a valid GATE Score.
Option 3: M.Tech in Materials Science and Engineering, Metallurgy, or Mechanical Engineering, and GATE qualified.

Age Limit Details

The upper age limit is relaxable by up to 5 years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Tribes (SC/ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), women, and physically handicapped candidates.

Salary & Pay Scale

The position offers a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) of Rs. 37,000/- per month, in addition to HRA (House Rent Allowance) as per the institute norms.
