Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Physics, Material Science, or Nano Science & Technology with a minimum of 60% marks, along with a CSIR NET-LS or valid GATE Score.
- B.Tech. in Materials Science and Engineering, Metallurgy, or Mechanical Engineering with a valid GATE Score.
- M.Tech in Materials Science and Engineering, Metallurgy, or Mechanical Engineering with a valid GATE qualification.
Age Limit Details
The upper age limit is relaxable by up to 5 years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Tribes (SC/ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), women, and physically handicapped categories.
Salary & Pay Scale
Selected candidates will receive a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) of Rs. 37,000/- per month, in addition to House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per institute norms.
