Junior Research Fellow

This role is ideal for highly motivated engineering or science graduates/postgraduates (B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, M.Sc.) with a background in Communication, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Information Theory, Physics, or Electronics. Candidates aspiring to pursue a PhD from BITS Pilani are especially suited, as registration for a PhD is permitted concurrently. NET/GATE qualification is a desirable advantage.

Individuals seeking a permanent government position or long-term employment should not apply, as this is a temporary and contractual role tied to a specific project with a fixed tenure until March 2028. Those looking for a role outside of quantum communication research or who do not meet the strict technical qualification requirements will not be suitable. Candidates above 35 years of age as of the interview date are also ineligible.
