Junior Research Fellow

This role is ideal for highly motivated and bright candidates holding a First Class Post Graduate degree (M.Sc./M.Tech) in Physics, Chemistry, or Nanoscience, with a strong theoretical background in Quantum Mechanics and computational physics/chemistry. Essential qualification includes passing a national eligibility test like NET/GATE/JEST/GPAT. Candidates with prior research experience in computational modelling, data analysis, and quantum sensing will be highly preferred.

Individuals without a First Class Post Graduate degree in the specified scientific disciplines or who have not qualified a national eligibility test (NET/GATE/JEST/GPAT) should not apply. The position is temporary and contractual, lasting initially for one year, so those seeking permanent employment will find this unsuitable. Applicants over 28 years of age (as on 31.07.2026), without valid relaxation, are ineligible.
