Manager & Business Development Executive

This recruitment is ideally suited for experienced professionals in procurement, marketing, or general administration with relevant postgraduate (MBA/PG Degree) or graduate (B.Com/BBA/BBM) qualifications. Candidates with specific experience in government departments/PSUs and strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, social media management, and AI tools, are highly preferred. Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam are essential.

Fresh graduates or candidates lacking the specified minimum experience (3-5 years) should not apply. Individuals exceeding the age limits (below 40 for Manager, below 30 for BDE as of July 1, 2026) are ineligible. Those without strong IT proficiency and communication skills, particularly in Malayalam, for the Manager post will also find this unsuitable. The positions are contractual for 11 months, which may not appeal to those seeking permanent employment.
