Medical Officer

Interested candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria must apply online through the Department's website https://nhm.punjab.gov.in/. The application must be submitted on the prescribed proforma for empanelment.

• Applications can only be submitted through online mode.
• Candidates will not receive a separate notice for the interview; they should attend the walk-in interview on the specified dates.
• Applicants must ensure all entries in the online form are correct, as wrong credentials may lead to ineligibility.
• At the time of the walk-in interview, candidates must bring their original documents and one self-attested photocopy set, along with a printout of the online application form.
• Documents required at the interview include: Date of Birth certificate, MBBS degree, Foreign Medical Graduate Examination pass certificate (if applicable), PG degree/DNB/PG diploma (if applicable), Experience certificate (if any), Registration certificates with Punjab Medical Council/Medical Council of India, Punjabi up to Matric standard certificate, and a passport-size signed photograph.
