Medical Officer

The remuneration for the Medical Officer (FTC) post is Rs. 90,000/- CTC (Cost to Company) per month, which is all-inclusive. For details regarding other benefits, candidates are advised to refer to the comprehensive advertisement.

• Applications must be submitted ONLINE via http://www.hslvizag.in.
• The cut-off date for age and experience is 14 August 2026, which is the last date of online application submission.
• Candidates should possess a valid and active E-mail ID for at least one year as all correspondence will be via e-mail.
• Upload a self-attested photograph (20 – 50KB) and signature (10 – 20KB) in the prescribed format.
• Read the advertisement carefully and self-check eligibility against the recruitment posts before applying.
• The registration process involves three stages: Personal details, Educational details, and Payment details.
• Upload all essential/mandatory self-attested documents (Degree/PG Marks lists, Provisional Certificate, Proof of Date of Birth, Caste/PH Certificate, Experience certificates, most recent salary certificate, and Annexure-I) in the online application portal.
• If you have experience, select “Experienced” during application; otherwise, select “Management Trainee”.
• Use the SAVE option to prevent data loss or the SUBMIT button for final submission. Carefully verify all data before submission as editing/modification is not allowed afterward.
• Upon successful completion, a confirmation message will be received. Candidates can use the “Edit Application” option to submit if they previously saved.
• A confirmation e-mail with the Registration ID and a link to view the submitted form will be sent. Check spam folders if the email is not received.
• Take a print-out (Hard copy) of the filled Online Application for future reference.
• Keep your DOB and Registration ID confidential.

An application fee of Rs. 300/- is required. The fee, once paid, is non-refundable under any circumstances. Candidates must make the payment online and save the receipt for future reference.
