Medical Officer & Pharmacist

Allowances like T.A., D.A., and H.R.A. etc. are not admissible, except for consolidated monthly remuneration.

Interested candidates must apply in the prescribed application form, attaching a recent passport-size photograph and a set of attested photocopies of testimonials/certificates/ID proof. The application form is provided within the notification.

• Applications must be submitted on the attached format only.
• Applications can be sent through registered/speed post or submitted in person at the office of the Civil Surgeon, Civil Hospital Thane, District AIDS Prevention and Control Unit (DAPCU), behind Regional Mental Hospital, Dharmavirnagar, Thane (West) - 400 604.
• Applications must be submitted on all working days between the advertised date and the closing date.
• The last date for submission is 10/07/2026. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
• All further correspondence (Exam Hall Ticket, Call letters, Appointment Order) will be done only by email, so candidates must provide their personal email ID and contact number accurately.
• Candidates should apply separately for each post.
• After scrutinizing applications received by the due date, short-listed candidates will be called for a written examination / interview.
• Late, incomplete, or incorrectly filled applications will not be considered.
• A walk-in interview for Medical Officer will be held on 20/07/2026 at Civil Surgeon Office, V.S. District Civil Hospital, Behind Mental Hospital, Parabwadi, Thane (W). Candidates must bring original Qualification Documents and one attested Xerox copy along with a photograph and ID.
• If suitable candidates for Medical Officer are not found on the initial interview date, subsequent walk-in interviews for the same post will be conducted on the first and third Monday of every month at the Civil Surgeon Office, Thane.
