This role is ideal for highly experienced professionals holding a Master's or Ph.D. in Disaster Management, Economics, Engineering, Urban Planning, or related fields. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of work experience in disaster risk management, recovery projects, or developmental programs. Retired government employees with relevant experience at PB-13/Level-13 and above are also strongly encouraged to apply. Essential skills include strong analytical abilities, excellent English writing, and proficiency in data analysis tools like MS Excel.
