Northeast Frontier Railway Recruitment 2025 – 02 Singer & Instrumental Artist Posts

The recruitment is for posts in Level-2 (Grade Pay - 1900) as per the railway pay structure. Higher fixation of pay will not be admissible for candidates appointed against the Cultural Quota.

Candidates must apply offline using the prescribed format given in the notification.

1. Fill the application form in your own handwriting in English.
2. Paste a recent self-signed passport size photograph.
3. Attach self-attested copies of all necessary documents: age proof, educational qualifications, cultural qualifications, caste certificate (if applicable), etc.
4. Enclose an Indian Postal Order (IPO) for the application fee.
5. Include two self-addressed envelopes (size 24cm x 10cm) with a Rs. 6/- postage stamp affixed on each (not required for SC/ST candidates).
6. The application envelope should be superscribed with “APPLICATION AGAINST CULTURAL QUOTA, E.N. No.02/2025, GP – 1900/-, Discipline- ………… & COMMUNITY: ……………”.
7. Send the completed application by ordinary post only or drop it by hand in the APPLICATION BOX at the address below.

• For all candidates (except categories below): Rs. 500/- (Rs. 400/- will be refunded to those who appear in the written examination).
• For SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen/PwBD/Women/Minorities/Economically Backward Classes: Rs. 250/- (This fee will be refunded to those who appear in the written examination).
• Fee must be paid via Indian Postal Order (IPO) drawn in favour of PFA/NF Railway, payable at Maligaon Post Office, Guwahati – 781011.
