Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- M.Sc. Nursing with a specialty in obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, or community health.
- B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (any other specialty except gynaecology, paediatrics, or community health).
- Must be a registered R.N.R.M. with Punjab Nurses Registration Council and furnish an active registration certificate.
- Proficiency in basic computer usage (MS Office, Internet etc.).
Salary & Pay Scale
Selected in-service candidates will continue to receive remuneration from their parent department (DHS/DRME/NHM Punjab), ensuring no break in career/previous service. Additionally, an allowance of Rs. 15,000/- per month will be provided during the entire 18-month duration of the course.

Selected candidates are required to submit a written undertaking to work with the Government of Punjab for five years as Midwifery Educators after successful completion of their training. An affidavit in this regard must be submitted at the time of final selection. Willingness to shift to Patiala, Punjab during training and to other training facilities after completing training is required.
