Office of the District Judge Ganjam Berhampur Odisha Recruitment 2026: 1 Counsellor Vacancy

The Counsellor will receive a fixed fee of Rs. 6,000/- per month. Additionally, an assisting fee of Rs. 1,000/- per day will be provided for actual work performed, as per Resolution No.IJ-02/2019-6839/L dated 23.04.2025 of the Government of Orissa, Law Department, Bhubaneswar.

• Applicants must submit their application in the prescribed format, duly filled with all necessary particulars and signed in full by their own hands.
• The application must be accompanied by self-attested photocopies of the following documents:
  • Educational qualification certificates/mark sheets (including Master's Degree/Degree in Social Science, preferably in Sociology or Psychology).
  • Experience certificate in Family Counselling/Social Service and welfare activities.
  • Date of Birth Certificate (preferably H.S.C. Board or equivalent).
  • Two Character Certificates issued by two different Gazetted Officers.
  • Two recent self-attested passport size photographs (one to be affixed on the application form).
  • One self-addressed envelope.
• The envelope containing the application and required materials must be inscribed with "Application for the post of Counsellor".
• Applications must be addressed to the Registrar, Civil Courts, Berhampur, Ganjam, PIN-760004.
• The completed application must reach the Office of the Registrar, Civil Courts, Berhampur on or before 05.00 P.M. of 20.04.2026.
• Applications can be sent by REGISTERED POST / SPEED POST or dropped in the DROP BOX kept in the Civil Courts, Berhampur (in front of the Process Establishment Section) during office hours on all working days till the deadline.
• Incomplete applications or those without full signature will be summarily rejected.
