Educational Qualification

Officer (Industrial Design) as Management Trainee (Grade – II): Master's Degree in Industrial Design/ Product Design/ Transportation Design with a First Class Degree in BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Automobile/Production). Final year Master's Degree candidates in Industrial Design/Product Design/Transportation are also eligible.
Assistant Manager (Grade – III) / Officer (Grade – II) (Industrial Safety): Diploma in Industrial Safety recognized by Department of Factories with a First Class Degree in Engineering.

Age Limit Details

The upper age limit is relaxable as per Government of India guidelines:

SC/ST candidates: +5 years
OBC candidates: +3 years
PwD candidates: +10 years over and above the relaxation for SC/ST/OBC – NCL, for candidates with minimum 40% disability.

Salary & Pay Scale

The pay scales are as follows:

Grade - II	Management Trainee/Officer	Rs. 40,000 - 1,40,000

In addition to Basic Pay, candidates are eligible for Industrial Dearness Allowance, Perquisites & Allowances @ 13.78% of the applicable Basic Pay under the Cafeteria System, Company Accommodation / House Rent Allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity, etc., as per prevailing Company Rules. Performance Related Pay (PRP) is also applicable for executives.
