Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline along with a Post Graduate Degree or PG Diploma in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, or Advertising from a recognized institution. A first-class score (60% aggregate) in both Bachelor's and Post Graduate qualifications is mandatory (with a 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwD candidates). Proficiency in local languages (Kannada for KGF and Malayalam for Palakkad) in addition to English and Hindi is essential.

Age Limit Details

The upper age limit is 27 years. Age relaxations are applicable as per Government of India guidelines: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates, and an additional 10 years for PwD candidates, which will be over and above the relaxation admissible to SC/ST/OBC-NCL candidates.

Salary & Pay Scale

In addition to the basic pay, candidates will be eligible for Industrial Dearness Allowance, perks and allowances at 13.78% of basic pay under the Cafeteria system, company accommodation/House Rent Allowance (HRA), Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Executive Performance Related Pay (PRP) as per existing company rules.
