- Associate Professor: Master's Degree or a Degree with a Post Graduate Diploma (2+ years) in a relevant field (e.g., Cinematography, Editing, Sound, Producing, Direction).
- Assistant Professor: Master's Degree or a Degree with a Post Graduate Diploma (2+ years) in a relevant field (e.g., Sound, Writing, Management, Cinematography, Editing, Direction).
- Broadcast Engineer: Engineering Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, IT, or Electronics and Communication Engineering.
- Production Manager: Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Film/Television Direction/Production or Media Management.
- Assistant Broadcast Engineer: Graduation in any stream with a Certification in Electronics/IT/Signal Processing.
- Editor, Sound Recordist, Videographer: Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in their respective specialized fields (Editing, Sound Recording & Designing, Cinematography/Videography).
- Cameraman: Degree along with a Diploma in Still Photography.
