Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Master's degree (MSc or MTech) in Physics OR Electronics OR Electrical Engineering OR Material Science & Materials Engineering OR Chemistry OR relevant branch of Engineering or Science.
- GATE/NET qualified candidates in any of the above-mentioned streams will be preferred.
Age Limit Details
- 3 Years relaxation for OBC candidate and Female Candidates.
- 5 Years relaxation for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped candidates.
Salary & Pay Scale
The fellowship for Project Associate – I is Rs. 31,000/- per month plus HRA (as per ISRO Norms). HRA will be provided as per the institute norms until the end of the project.

- Master's Degree Certificate and Marksheet showing Grade or Class.
- GATE Score Card (if any).
- NET (JRF) Score Card (if any).
- Certificate of Category.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an online interview, and intimation will be sent via email. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
