Educational Qualification
- PhD Degree in Science or Engineering (or equivalent) in Hydrology, Hydrogeology, Geo-informatics, Water Resources, Remote Sensing and GIS, Civil Engineering, or Geophysics.

- GIS & Remote Sensing with large satellite-based spatial data analysis/Google Earth Engine.
