This role is ideal for individuals with a 10th pass and a diploma in MLT/DMLT, coupled with at least two years of relevant experience in medical or research laboratory settings. Candidates should possess a strong background in medical research, ideally with desirable experience in microbiological assays and animal experiments, especially concerning <em>Mycobacterium tuberculosis</em>. The position is best suited for those seeking short-term, project-specific contractual work and are flexible to travel and work across Hajipur and Chennai.

Candidates seeking permanent government employment or roles with long-term security should not apply, as this is a temporary, project-based contract. Those without the mandatory 10th pass, MLT/DMLT diploma, and two years of relevant experience will not be considered.
