Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Option 1: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as health physics, radiation protection, nuclear engineering, or a related science or engineering discipline.
- OR
- Option 2: An M. D. (or equivalent) in Radiology from a recognized University/Institute.
- Additionally: Registration/Certificate from Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) is mandatory.
Salary & Pay Scale
The honorarium for the visiting Radiological Safety Officer (RSO) shall be commensurate with experience and will range between Rs. 5000/- to Rs. 7000/- per visit/consultancy.
