• Intermediate Examination: Candidates must have passed the Intermediate examination from the Board of High School and Intermediate Education, Uttar Pradesh, or any equivalent examination recognized by the Government.
• Typing Proficiency: A minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi and 30 words per minute in English is mandatory. This will be assessed through a typing proficiency test in the second stage of recruitment.
• Computer Knowledge: A CCC (Course on Computer Concepts) certificate issued by DOEACC Society (now NIELIT) or an equivalent certificate from any government-recognized institution is required.
• Equivalency for Computer Knowledge: Candidates who have opted for Computer Science as a separate subject in their High School or Intermediate examination, or possess a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, are also considered eligible.

• General Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age as on 01 July 2026.
• Age Relaxation for UP Domicile:
  • SC, ST, and OBC candidates of Uttar Pradesh: Up to 5 years.
  • Permanent employees of U.P. Government with at least 3 years of regular and continuous service: Up to 5 years.
  • Persons with Disabilities: Up to 15 years, as per Government Order No. 18/1/2008(II)/ka-2 dated 03 February 2008.
  • Ex-Servicemen: Up to 3 years after deducting their total service period from their actual age, with the condition that the resulting remaining age should not be more than 3 years over the prescribed age. Discharge from the Army by the last date of application is mandatory.

Applications must be submitted online through the official website of the Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS), Greater Noida (www.gims.ac.in). The online application window opens on 2026-06-04, and the last date for submitting applications is 2026-07-03.

• Candidates should carefully read the detailed advertisement and ensure they meet all eligibility criteria (educational qualifications, age limits, etc.) before applying.
• The application process, including fee submission, will be conducted entirely online. Applications sent through any other medium will not be accepted.
• Applicants applying for more than one post must submit separate applications and pay separate fees for each position.
• Candidates will not be able to print their application form until the fee is successfully deposited.

• Candidates seeking reservation benefits or age relaxation must possess the required caste/reservation certificates issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format by the last date of application.
