Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a Degree in Law.
- The degree must be recognized by the Bar Council of India or a concerned regulatory body in India, from a University incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature, or other Educational Institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared as a Deemed University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956.
