Educational Qualification
- Section Officer: Post Graduate degree.
- Senior Engineer (Civil): Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Staff Nurse: BSc in Nursing OR 3 years Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery.
- Junior Superintendent: Bachelor's degree.
- Library Information Assistant: Bachelor of Library / Information Science or equivalent (Master's degree considered).
- Deputy Engineer (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Junior Hindi Translator: Master's degree in Hindi/English with specific language combinations AND Recognized diploma/Certificate in translation.
- Pharmacist: Diploma in Pharmacy.
- Junior Assistant: Bachelor's degree with computer knowledge.
Age Limit Details
The upper age limit varies by post (35 to 45 years). Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/Persons with Disabilities (PwD)/Ex-Servicemen and Central Government employees. An additional 5 years relaxation is provided for those serving in Central/State Government/Autonomous Bodies with a minimum of 3 years of continuous service.

- The online application deadline is December 22, 2022 (5:00 pm IST).
- After submitting the online application, applicants must take a printout of the completed form.
- The signed hard copy of the application form, along with self-attested copies of all required documents, must be submitted to the institute.
- The hard copy of the application form must be received on or before December 29, 2022 (5:00 pm IST).
- Send the hard copy to: Recruitment Cell, Abhinandan Bhawan, 5th Floor, Indian Institute of Technology Indore, Khandwa Road, Simrol, 453552, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
- Applicants applying for more than one post should submit separate application forms with different email IDs and pay applicable fees for each.
- Retain a copy of the filled application form for future reference.
Application Fee
- No Fee: PwD, SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen, regular employees of IIT Indore & Female applicants.
- ₹100/-: OBC-NC, EWS candidates.
- ₹200/-: All Other candidates.
