Senior Administrative Assistant & Bench Clerk

The pay scales are as per ROP Rules 2017 (Revised).

• Intending candidates must submit their applications through the proper channel to the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, South Salmara Mankachar, District Court Complex at Fekamari, P.O: Fekamari, PIN: 783135, Assam.
• Applications can be submitted either directly in the DROP box at the office or through post. No other mode of application will be accepted.
• Applications should reach the office during working hours on or before August 25, 2026. Applications received after this date will not be entertained, and the office will not be responsible for postal delays.
• The submitted applications must be accompanied by:
  • Three recent colored passport size photographs.
  • Experience certificate issued by the respective District & Sessions Judge.
  • Self-attested copies of educational qualifications, caste certificates, etc.
  • Copy of up-to-date service book.
  • Copy of A.C.R. for the last three consecutive years.
  • NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the current employer.
  • Email ID and Contact number of the candidate.
• Candidates must superscribe the name of the post applied for on the top of the envelope.
• Candidates shortlisted for interview will have to appear at their own cost, and no TA/DA will be admissible.
• The list of shortlisted candidates and interview dates will be uploaded on the official website of District Judiciary, South Salmara Mankachar: https://southsalmara.dcourts.gov.in. Individual call letters will not be sent.
