This role is most suitable for experienced professionals, particularly retired Central/State Government or PSU employees at Director/Deputy Secretary levels, or 'Other Candidates' holding an MBA with at least 10 years of experience in land valuation, asset monetisation, and real estate project management. Ideal candidates possess strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills, coupled with proficiency in computer applications. A proven ability to manage monetisation work and coordinate with various government and private entities is essential.

Individuals seeking permanent government employment should not apply, as these are temporary, purely contractual positions with no right to regular appointment. Candidates without significant experience (especially the 10-year requirement for non-retired officials) in the specified domains or those without the mandatory MBA/Registered Valuer qualification (for Valuation post) will find themselves unsuitable.
