Senior Resident, Anesthesiologist & Other Posts

Selected candidates will receive Pay Level -11 (Basic Pay Rs. 67,700/-) plus other allowances as per ESIC Rules. Total emoluments, including NPA, DA, HRA, TA & DA on TA, amount to approximately Rs. 1,49,284/-. DA is subject to increase every year in January and July.

• Interested candidates must appear for the walk-in interview at the specified date and venue.
• Candidates should report at the Office of Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital Adityapur between 9:00 AM and 10:30 AM on the interview date. Those reporting after 10:30 AM will not be entertained.
• Bring two sets of self-attested copies of the following documents along with their originals for verification:
  • SSC/10th Standard Certificate (as proof of date of birth)
  • MBBS, Diploma, and Degree Certificates
  • Attempt Certificate of MBBS
  • Valid MCI/State Medical Council Permanent Registration Certificate
  • SC/ST/OBC certificate (if applicable) in the prescribed format of Govt. of India
  • Experience Certificate (wherever required)
  • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the present employer (if applicable, for candidates working in Government Service)
• Also, bring two recent passport-size photographs and proof of residence.
• Application along with exam fees (wherever applicable) should be submitted for each post separately.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview.

• General, EWS, and OBC Candidates: Rs. 400/- (Rupees Four Hundred only)
• SC/ST Candidates: Rs. 100/- (Rupees Hundred only)
• Female Candidates: Exempted from payment of application fees.

The fee should be paid in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favor of "ESI Fund Account No. 1" payable at State Bank of India, Adityapur Bazar Branch. Application fees once paid are non-refundable.
