This role is ideal for medical graduates (MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BDS) with a postgraduate diploma in clinical research and at least five years of experience in clinical research. Candidates should also possess practical experience in public health and non-communicable disease programs. Proficiency in Marathi reading and drafting is a desirable asset.

Individuals without a mandatory postgraduate diploma in clinical research or those lacking five years of clinical research experience should not apply. Those seeking permanent government employment may find the initial 6-month contractual duration unsuitable. Lack of experience in public health projects or NCD programs might also be a disadvantage.
