Candidates must apply online through the official website of SSSB Punjab (https://sssb.punjab.gov.in) by clicking on the “Apply Online” link.

1. Registration: New applicants without a Login/User ID must click on “Registration”, fill in their details, and generate a User ID and Password. Keep these credentials safe for future use.
2. Fill Application Form: Log in using your User ID and Password. Fill in all personal, educational, and other required information accurately and completely.
3. Upload Documents: Upload a passport-sized photograph and a scanned copy of your signature. Incomplete applications without these will be rejected. Additionally, upload scanned copies of your 10th class certificate, educational qualification certificates, and any other mandatory documents in PDF format.
4. Save and Review: Use “Save Draft” or “Next” to save your progress. After uploading documents, click “Save Documents”.
5. Make Payment: Proceed to pay the application fee online. The application will only be accepted after successful fee payment.
6. Final Submission: After successful payment, click “Submit” to complete the application process. A complete application form will appear on the screen.
7. Print Application: Take a printout of the submitted application form for your records.

Important Notes:

• No changes or modifications can be made to the application form once it is submitted.
• Candidates must apply themselves and avoid using assistance from others to prevent errors.

• The fee paid by the candidate is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Candidates who applied for Advertisement No. 08/2023 are exempted from paying the application fee for this advertisement.
