Candidates must possess the following educational qualifications from a UGC-recognised University/Deemed University/MHRD-approved autonomous institution (wherever applicable):
- Secretary to the Vice-Chancellor: Master's degree in English/Linguistics/Communicative English.
- Personal Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor: Bachelor's degree in any discipline with Honours.
- Laboratory Assistant (Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering): B. Tech in the relevant discipline or BCA with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Laboratory Assistant (Physics, Chemistry): B. Sc. (Hons.) degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Computer Lab Assistant: BCA or B.Sc. in Computer Science, or a Graduate in any discipline with a one-year diploma in Computer Application or Hardware Maintenance from a recognised institute.
- Office Assistant: Graduate in any discipline.
