Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree from a university established by a Central or State Act, or an educational institution recognized by the University Grants Commission, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification. Applicants in their final year of graduation are also eligible, but their degree must be completed by the last date of application for the Main Examination.

Age Limit Details

  • General Relaxation: A relaxation of 5 years in the maximum age limit is provided for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Government Employees, Divyangjan, and Women (both unreserved and reserved categories).
  • Ex-Servicemen: The period of service rendered in defense will be deducted from their age, plus an additional 3 years of relaxation.
  • Special Categories: Candidates who are part of inter-caste marriage rewardee couples or are Vikram Awardees are also eligible for a 5-year age relaxation.
  • Overall Max Age: Irrespective of all relaxations, the maximum age limit for non-uniformed posts will not exceed 45 years, and for uniformed posts, it will not exceed 38 years.

Salary & Pay Scale

  • For Group-B Gazetted Posts (e.g., Deputy Collector, Deputy SP): Rs. 15,600 - 39,100 with Grade Pay 5400.
  • For Group-C Executive Posts (e.g., Block Development Officer, Child Development Project Officer, Commercial Tax Inspector, Junior Accounts Officer): Rs. 9,300 - 34,800 with Grade Pay 3600 or 4200.
  • For Cooperative Inspector/Extension Officer: Rs. 36,200 - 1,14,800 (as per 7th Pay Commission).
  • State government approved Dearness Allowance and other allowances will be applicable.

How to Apply

  • Online Application: Applications must be submitted online through the official websites www.mponline.gov.in and www.mppsc.mp.gov.in.
  • Document Upload: Candidates must upload a scanned passport-size color photograph and signature, ensuring the file size is between 25KB and 200KB. The photograph should be recent (not older than 3 months), show a relaxed posture, clear eyes, and be taken against a light or white background. The candidate's name and date of photo capture must be printed on it.
  • Payment: Application fees can be paid using credit/debit cards, internet banking, or cash payment at authorized MPOnline kiosks.
  • Error Correction: An online error correction facility will be available from 2025-01-08 to 2025-01-19. A fee of Rs. 50/- per error correction session will be charged. Corrections to the applicant's name are strictly not permitted.
  • Candidates are advised to carefully read all instructions in the advertisement before applying.

  • For Madhya Pradesh Domicile (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Divyangjan): Rs. 250/-
