• Applications must be submitted online through the official website: https://bengalururural.dcourts.gov.in/online-recruitment/.
• Read all instructions thoroughly before applying to avoid errors.
• Ensure all details provided (Date of Birth, educational qualifications, reservation, age relaxation) are accurate as no changes will be permitted later.
• Provide a mandatory valid mobile number and email ID for communication.
• Accurately enter marks obtained in qualifying examinations.
• Upload a recent passport-size color photograph (white background, no signature on photo, max 50KB, .jpg format).
• Upload a scanned image of your signature made with a black ballpoint pen on white paper (max 25KB, .jpg format).
• Pay the application fee online through State Bank Collect.
• After successful submission and fee payment, download and retain a printout of the application form and fee receipt for future reference and document verification.
• Do not submit multiple applications. If more than one application is submitted, only the last complete application will be considered.
• Candidates must present original documents for verification during the interview/document verification stage, including the online application printout, fee receipt, proof of date of birth (SSLC marks card/birth certificate), educational qualification certificates (PUC/Diploma, Kannada/English Typewriting and Shorthand certificates), caste/income certificates (Forms D, E, F), and other relevant certificates (rural, Kannada medium, ex-servicemen, PWD, widow, bonded labour, third gender) issued by competent authorities.
• All certificates must be valid as on the last date for application submission.
• Candidates must bear their own expenses for attending the eligibility test, interview, and document verification.

Application fees must be paid online through the State Bank Collect portal using Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI ID, or QR Code. Other payment methods like Demand Draft, Postal Order, Money Order, or Challan will not be accepted. Applicants must e-verify their payment immediately after transaction.
